How Clairverse handles personal information.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Scope and controller

This notice explains how personal information may be handled when you visit the Clairverse website, follow a booking link, contact Clairverse or participate in a service. Clairverse is the controller for personal information collected directly through its website and services.

2. Information you choose to provide

Information may include your name, email address, assessment responses and result, booking information and any message you choose to share. Avoid sending medical records or highly sensitive information through social media or an initial booking message.

3. The Pressure Response Assessment

Your answers remain in your browser while you complete the assessment. When you enter your email, accept the consent statement and request your result, Clairverse stores your email, answers, result and consent time. This information may be used to display your result and contact you about related coaching services. You can request deletion or withdraw consent at any time.

4. Booking and external platforms

The discovery-call button opens Calendly. Calendly processes booking information under its own privacy terms. Instagram and Facebook process information when you visit or contact Clairverse through those services.

5. Website operation and analytics

The hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, access time and security logs to deliver and protect the website. With your consent, Google Analytics is used to understand visits, page usage, device information and referral sources. Analytics does not load until you select “Accept analytics.” Google processes this information under its own privacy terms.

6. Purposes and legal bases

Personal information may be used to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, deliver agreed services, meet legal obligations and protect the security of the website. The relevant legal basis may include your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating the practice.

7. Retention and sharing

Assessment leads and other information are retained only for as long as required for follow-up, the relevant service, professional obligations or applicable law. They may be deleted earlier on request. Information may be shared with providers that support booking, hosting, communications, payment or professional administration, subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of information, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority.

9. Privacy requests

Use the Contact page and state that your message concerns privacy.
